There are so many tasty ingredients that you can add to smoothies, but one of my favorite is avocado! It makes smoothies creamy and adds “healthy” fat, vitamins A, C, E and B6 as well as potassium.
Here is a quick recipe to try:
½ frozen banana
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
A tiny bit of honey
